摘要
采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,研究了密度、肥料和化控3个因素共同作用对棉花生育性状及产量的影响,并筛选出密度、施肥量和缩节胺用量的最优组合。结果表明:三因素最优组合为密度6.75万株/hm2,底施有机肥(干鸡粪)2250 kg/hm2、N 225 kg/hm2、P2O5 112.5 kg/hm2、K2O270 kg/hm2,初花期喷施缩节胺90 g/hm2进行化控。该组合处理的棉花,主茎功能叶片光合速率高,单位面积成铃数和单铃重均处于较高水平,最终籽棉产量最高,达到了3807.0 kg/hm2。
The orthogonal experimental design of L9 (3^4 ) was used to study the effects of density, fertilizer and chemical control on cotton development traits and yield, and the optimal combination of density, fertilizer and chemical control was selected. The results showed that the optimal combination was 67.5 thousand plants/hm2 of density, organic fertilizer (dry chicken manure) 2 250 kg/hm2, N 225 kg/hm2, P205 112.5 kg/hm2, K2O 270 kg/hm2 which were as base fertilizer, spraying DPC 90 g/hm2 at initial flowering stage. In this treatment the photosynthetic rate of the functional leaf on main stem, the number of bolls unit area and the boll weight were higher, and the cotton yield reached 3 807.0 kg/hm2 which was the highest.
