摘要
目的:研究彩色多普勒阴道超声对早期不典型宫外孕诊断的临床价值。方法:收治孕妇60例,进行早期不典型宫外孕诊断,对每例孕妇均给予彩色多普勒阴道超声检测,将超声检测结果与后期手术检查结果进行比较。结果:经手术及病理检测,发现60例孕妇均确定为早期不典型宫外孕症状,而经彩色多普勒阴道超声检测后确诊58例,漏诊2例,确诊率96.67%。结论:采用彩色多普勒阴道超声检测早期不典型宫外孕的确诊率较高。
Objective：To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy. Methods：60 pregnant women were selected.In the early diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy,color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed in each of the pregnant women,and the results were compared with the results of the later operation. Results：After surgery and pathological examination,60 cases of pregnant women were identified as early atypical ectopic pregnancy symptoms.After color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound examination confirmed the number of 58 cases,the number of missed diagnosis of 2 cases,and the diagnosis rate was 96.67%.Conclusion：The diagnosis rate of early atypical ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is higher.
