摘要
目的比较分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的疗效。方法选取我院2014年至2016年收治的210例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和试验组,各105例。对照组实施传统开腹手术治疗,试验组实施腹腔镜手术治疗。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的手术时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗总满意率为96.19%,明显高于对照组的75.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的并发症总发生率为9.52%,明显低于对照组的22.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕能够取得良好的效果,该疗法值得推广和使用。
Objective To compare the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 210 patients of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group,with 105 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional open surgery treatment,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The operation time,the time of postoperative exhaust and the time of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of bleeding during the operation of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 96.19%,which was significantly higher than 75.24%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 9.52%,which was significantly lower than 22.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery method in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can obtain good effect,this treatment method is worthty of popularization and application.
