摘要
目的:建立以过氧化氢-硝酸的混合体系进行微波消解处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)法,对53份面制品中的铝含量进行测定。结果:该方法的检出限为0.3mg/kg,定量限为1.0mg/kg,线性相关系数为0.999 7,加标回收率为94.6%~105.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.3%~4.1%。结论:该方法操作简单、分析速度快、检出限低、线性范围宽,适用于面制食品中铝含量的测定。
To establish a method for the determination of aluminum in 53 flour food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)with microwave digestion for HNO3-H202. Results:The detection limit was 0.3mg/kg, quantitation limit was 1.0mg/kg, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7 with the good recovery in the range of 94.6% - 105.4%, and RSD was 0.3%-4.1% .Conclusions : This method has low detection limit, broad linear range with simple operation and quick analysis. It can be used for determining aluminum in flour food.
