摘要
脑梗死是神经系统的常见病、多发病,约占脑血管疾病的65%。脑梗死的高致残率、高死亡率与梗死后缺血再灌注损伤机制,如钙超载、氧化/氮化应激、线粒体功能紊乱、炎症等密切相关。同时研究表明内质网应激在脑梗死过程中亦起着重要作用,并且缺血再灌注损伤与内质网应激之间存在密切联系。综述近几年脑梗死缺血再灌注损伤机制与内质网应激的研究进展及其相互影响。
Cerebral infarction is a common and frequently - encountered disease in the central nervous system, ac- counting for 65% of cerebrovascular disease. Cerebral infarction with high morbidity and high mortality is related to in- farction after ischemia- reperfusion injury mechanisms( such as calcium overload, oxidation/nitride stress, mitoehondrlal dysfunction,inflammation, ete). At the same time, studies show that endoplasmic reticulum stress also plays an important role in the process of cerebral infarction and there is a close relationship between ischemia reperfusion injury and the en- doplasmic reticulum stress. Therefore, this paper reviewed the research progress of the mechanism of cerebral infarction isehemia - reperfusion injury and endoplasmic reticulum stress and the relationship between each other in recent years.
