4种铬污染地植物的富集特征及其种子萌发对铬(Cr^(6+))处理的响应 被引量:4

Enrichment characteristics of four native plant species from heavy chromium pollution area and their response of seed germination to chromium(Cr^(6+)) treatment

摘要 为了解重金属铬污染地植物的耐性,对铬重污染区4种常见植物金色狗尾草(Setaria glauca(L.)Beauv.)、狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides(L.)Spreng)、虎尾草(Chloris virgata Sw)、荆条(Vitex negundo L.)进行植株重金属检测及其不同质量浓度铬(Cr^(6+))处理下室内种子萌发试验。结果表明,4种植物对铬渣堆区的铬污染均有较高的耐受性和富集作用,其中狼尾草铬(Cr^(6+))积累最高且生物量较大,地上部分铬(Cr^(6+))积累量为1 087.25 mg·kg^(-1),根部铬(Cr^(6+))积累量为1 066.75 mg·kg^(-1),属于筛选出来的铬(Cr^(6+))超富集植物;不同铬(Cr^(6+))浓度处理对狼尾草、金色狗尾草、虎尾草种子萌发率无显著抑制作用,而对荆条种子萌发率有明显抑制作用,其对重金属铬(Cr^(6+))的耐受性高低依次为狼尾草、金色狗尾草、虎尾草、荆条;不同质量浓度铬(Cr^(6+))胁迫对4种植物种子的发芽势和萌发指数影响不同,其中对狼尾草、荆条影响不明显,金色狗尾草表现出低质量浓度(0~10 mg·L^(-1))促进和高质量浓度(15~30 mg·L^(-1))抑制种子萌发的趋势,虎尾草则表现出随铬(Cr^(6+))质量浓度升高而抑制种子萌发的趋势。 To understand plant tolerance for heavy metal chromium pollution, chromium component in plants selected from four plant species ( Setaria glauca ( L. ) Beauv. , Pennisetum alopecuroides ( L. ) Spreng, Chloris virgata Sw, and Vitex negundo L. ) distributed in heavy metal chromium area widely was analyzed. Meanwhile, their response of indoor seed germination to chromium( Cr^6+ ) treatment was tested. The results showed that the four plant species bore high tolerance and enrichment for chromium (Cr^6+ ) pollution. Pennisetum alopecuroides ( L. ) Spreng have higher biomass and high accumulation of chromium(Cr^6+) concentration compared with the other three plant species. Chromium concentration of its ground part is 1 087.25 mg · kg ^- 1. The chromium accumulation of its roots is 1 066.75 mg · kg^-1 So it is viewed as ideal plant species of chromium hyperaccumulation. There is not obvious inhibiting effect on seed germination rate of Setaria glauca ( L. ) Beauv. ,Pennisetum alopecuroides( L. )Spreng and Chloris virgata Sw except of Vitex negundo L. in different concentration of chromium (Cr^6+ ) treatment. Tolerance of seed germination to heavy metal chromium(Cr^6+) pollution from high to low is in the following oder: Pennisetum alopecuroides (L.) Spreng, Setaria glauca (L.) Beauv. , Chloris virgata Sw and Vitex negundo L. Different concentrations of Cr^6+ stress on seeds germination potential and seed germination index of the four species have different effects including: it is not obvious for Pennisetum alopecuroides ( L. ) Spreng and Vitex negundo L. For Setaria glauca ( L. ) Beauv. , it is the trend of higher seed germination in low concentration ( 0 - 10 mg · L^-1 ) of chromium(Cr^6+) treatment and lower seed germination in high concentration ( 15 -30 mg · L^-1) of chromium(Cr^6+) treatment. For Chloris virgata Sw, it is the trend of inhibiting seed germination along with the increase of concentration of chromium �
