催化剂LDC-200 JX的性能评价及工业应用

摘要 利用实验室ACE评价装置,对多产异构化烷烃并增产丙烯的清洁汽油生产技术(MIPCGP)专用催化剂LDC-200 JX进行了性能评价,并在中国石油锦西石化公司180万t/a催化裂化装置上进行了该催化剂的工业应用试验。结果表明:催化剂LDC-200 JX具有干气和焦炭收率低,轻质油收率和总液体收率高的特点;与装置原用催化剂相比,在催化剂LDC-200 JX占系统藏量50%时,干气、柴油、重油收率分别降低0.23,1.22,0.48个百分点,汽油、轻质油、总液体收率分别提高2.10,0.88,1.54个百分点。 The properties of the special catalyst LDC-200 JX for clean gasoline production technology of maximizing isoparaffins and increasing propylene( MIP-CGP) were evaluated in an ACE evaluation device,and the industrial application test for the catalyst were proceeded in a 1. 8 Mt / a catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company,Petro China. The results showed that the catalyst LDC-200 JX has the characteristics of low yields of dry gas and coke and high yields of light oil and total liquid. Compared with the original catalyst of the unit,the yield of dry gas,diesel,and heavy oil decreased by 0. 23,1. 22 and 0. 48 percent points respectively,and the yield of gasoline,light oil and total liquid increased by 2. 10,0. 88 and 1. 54 percent points separately when the catalyst LDC-200 JX accounted for 50% of the system inventory.
