催化裂化汽油辅助提升管降烯烃技术的工业应用 被引量:32

摘要 新开发的催化裂化汽油辅助提升管改质降烯烃技术,在中国石油华北石化分公司1.0Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了工业应用。该技术实施后,汽油烯烃体积分数由55%降低到35%左右,除汽油研究法辛烷值比预提升段回注下降0.3个单位外,对产品主要性质影响不大,成功实现了重油裂化主提升管和催化裂化汽油改质辅助提升管的平稳运行,与改造前采用的催化裂化汽油预提升段回注措施相比,液体收率和轻质油收率分别提高了1.5和5.7个百分点,干气和焦炭产率分别下降了0.8和1.3个百分点。 The newly developed subsidiary riser technique for cracked naphtha olefin reduction was applied in the 1. OMt/a heavy oil FCC unit of Huabei Petrochemical Company. The dual - riser running, heavy oil cracked in the main riser and cracked naphtha upgraded in the subsidiary riser, was stable. The new technique in comparison with cracked naphtha recycled into the prelift zone before revamping, the olefin content in the cracked naphtha decreased from 55% to around 35% by volume; besides the naphtha octane number was 0. 3 unit lower, only less influence on other main product properties; the liquid and light oil yields increased by 1. 5 and 5. 7 percentage points respectively, and the dry gas and coke yields dropped by 0. 8 and 1. 3 percentage points respectively.
