摘要
目的探究安体舒通与ACEI类药物合用治疗老年心衰的临床疗效。方法：选取38例老年心衰患者作为观察对象，以随机的方式分为两组，观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上联用安体舒通与ACEI类药物治疗（依那普利、贝那普利、卡托普利）进行治疗。结果：观察组的心功能较对照组改善，且观察组的治疗总有效率95％明显高于对照组79％，效果有显著性差异（P〈0．05），且不良反应较小。结论：采用安体舒通与ACEI类药物治疗（依那普利、贝那普利、卡托普利）合用治疗老年心衰具有较好的疗效，且安全性高，值得用于临床推广。
Objective To explore the spironolactone and ACEI drugs used in the treatment of senile heart failure clinical curative effect.
