摘要
目的:探讨丹参滴丸联合血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂(ARB)对老年慢性心衰患者血清NT-pro BNP、H-FABP以及Nexilin含量影响研究。方法:收集华北理工大学附属医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予坎地沙坦酯片口服,实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予复方丹参滴丸口服,治疗12周结束后,对所有患者的血清NT-pro BNP、H-FABP、Nexilin含量及心功能情况进行检测。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,1实验组患者血清NT-pro BNP水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组患者的血清H-FABP水平较低(P<0.05);3实验组患者的血清Nexilin水平较低(P<0.05);4实验组患者的实验组SV、LVEF水平较高,LVESV1、LVEDV1水平较低(P<0.05);结论:丹参滴丸联合ARB能够显著降低老年慢性心衰患者血清NT-pro BNP、H-FABP及Nexilin水平,改善心功能,对临床有指导意义。
Objective： To analyze the effect of Danshen Dripping Pills combined with ARB on serum NT- pro BNP,H-FABP and Nexilin in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： 60 patients who were diagnosed as chronic heart failure in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The candesartan cilexetil tablets were given to the control group on the conventional treatment basis and the experimental group given oral administration of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on the basis of the treatment in the control. After 12 weeks treatment,the serum NT- pro BNP,H- FABP,nexilin content and cardiac function situation of all patients were detected. Results： After treatment,compared with control group,1the serum NT- pro BNP level was significantly lower in the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; 2the serum H- FABP level of patients in the experimental group was lower（ P〈 0. 05）; 3the serum Nexilin level of patients in the experimental group was lower（ P〈 0. 05）; 4the SV and LVEF levels of patients in the experimental group were higher and the LVESV1 and LVEDV1 levels were lower（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions：Danshen Dripping Pills combined with ARB can significantly reduce the serum NT- pro BNP,H- FABP and Nexilin levels in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and improve heart function and has a guiding significance for clinic.
