摘要 隔膜泵浆体管道振动是泵输过程中常遇到的问题,生产设备所发生的事故很大部分是管道振动引起的。文中介绍了隔膜泵工作的特点和管道振动产生的原因(液柱共振、流固耦合振动、机械共振),并给出了多种浆体管道减振的技术方法(设置缓冲罐和汇总管、采取峰值分散技术、避开液柱共振管长、减少弯管和异径管的使用、合理布置支架等),这些方法的综合使用在工程实际中取得了良好的效果。 Diaphragm slurry pipeline vibration problem was often encountered in transferring. Production plant accident occurred in large part was caused by pipe vibration. The working characteristics of slurry pipe and the causes( liquid column resonance,fluidstructure coupling vibration,mechanical resonance) of diaphragm pump and the cause of pipe vibration were analyzed,and the slurry pipeline vibration damping technology was given,the buffer tank and collecting pipe were set,the peak value dispersion technology was taken,liquid column was avoided and the length of resonance tube bending and tube diameter was reduced and the support was arranged reasonably,comprehensive use of these methods have achieved good results in the practical engineering.
