摘要
隔膜计量泵当前已成为流体计量应用的主力泵型,但由于其具有周期性的吸入排出浆料的工作特点,导致管道系统内产生了激振力,激振力使管道产生振动,严重时导致管道破裂、介质外泄,引起严重的生产事故。笔者通过实际应用中的案例,从各方面分析了产生激振力的原因,并根据分析、计算结果解决了所遇到的激振力所产生的振动破坏问题,对实际应用有一定的参考意义。
