摘要
针对田湾核电站安全仪控系统优选控制模件AV42在运行过程中受电磁干扰产生误报警现象,分析验证电磁干扰产生机理,对AV42模件控制回路进行了改造优化。改造后设备反馈信号供电直接由控制机柜提供电压,消除了电磁干扰造成AV42模件闭锁引起的误报警,提高了安全仪控设备的可靠性。
This paper aims at the phenomenon of false alarm of priority control module AV42 in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station safety instrumentation and control system caused by electromagnetic interference, by testing and analyzing the principle of the production of electromagnetism interference, remold and optimize the control channel of AV42. After remolding, the power of feedback signal will be supplied directly by control cabinet, e- liminate false alarm of AV42 due to blocking generated by electromagnetic interference, and improve the relia- bility of safety instrumentation and control system.
