摘要
为保证核电厂仪控设备的质量与可靠性,加强其电子元器件质量控制是关键技术环节之一。梳理了核电厂仪控设备的电子元器件质量控制存在的问题,提出了电子元器件应用各阶段应注意的质量控制要点,重点讨论了元器件质量等级、元器件二次筛选等方面的内容,为国产核电厂仪控设备的研发生产提供了参考。
In order to guarantee the quality and reliability of instrumentation and control equipment of nuclear power plant,the quality control of the electronic components should be strengthened. This paper analyzes the problems of the component quality control of IC equipment of nuclear power plant,puts forward some key points that should be paid attention to in the application of the electronic components,focuses on the quality grade of components,The component secondary screening and other aspects,provides reference for the localization of IC equipment of nuclear power plant.
