摘要
通过对锰渣库事故的案例分析,总结了渣库存在的安全隐患,并提出相应的治理建议与措施。严抓锰渣库的建设论证工作,建立健全渣库运行管理制度,严格落实锰渣库闭库制度,确保电解金属锰渣库符合安全生产要求。
This article, through the analysis of manganese slag pool in accident case, has its summary of the slag pool in the presence of security risks. It has put forward the corresponding management suggestions and measures. Strict manganese slag in library construction demonstration has established and improved the management system of slag library operation of strictly implement of the manganese slag library in closed system to ensure electrolytic manganese slag library which meets the requirement of safety in production.
