摘要
近年来,从胚胎和成年脑组织之中分离出的神经干细胞(NSC),在一定的条件下可以激活、增殖并分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞,并且新生成的神经元可替代受损的神经细胞,修复神经损伤,从而为治疗脑卒中开辟了新的途径。在治疗脑缺血性损伤神经干细胞的研究中,某些中药复方如补阳还五汤及单味药如黄芪注射液等均能提高某些细胞因子的分泌,促进神经干细胞的增殖与分化,说明中医药有望为治疗缺血性脑损伤开辟新的途径。文章就中医药对大鼠脑缺血损伤神经干细胞表达影响的研究进展作一综述,以期全面动态了解中医药对脑缺血损伤神经干细胞表达影响的研究概况。
In recent years,neural stem cells（NSC） extracted from embryo and mature brain tissue can be activated and then proliferate and differentiate into neurons,astrocytes and oligodendrocytes under certain conditions.The newly generated neurons can replace the damaged nerve cells and repair nerve injury,which opens up a new way to the treatment of cerebral apoplexy.In the studies of treating NEC in cerebral ischemic injury,it has been proved that some compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,such as Buyang Huanwu Decoction and single herb such as injection of Radis astragalus can increase the secretion of certain cytokines and accelerate proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine has the potential to open up a new way to the treatment of ischemic brain injury.This article hereby has a review on research progress of traditional Chinese medicine＇s effects on the expression of neural stem cells of rats with cerebral ischemic injury to give a comprehensive and dynamic understanding of research on this topic.
