摘要
在对重金属检测文献分析的基础上,阐述了其在提取制备及分离检测方面的研究现状,重点对重金属在食品上的提取技术:湿式消解法和干式灰化法;检测方法及其相关技术:光谱法、色谱法和光度法及其联用技术,并对各种方法进行分析比较进行了综述,并对重金属在食品中的分析检测在今后的研究重点进行了展望。重点分析以期为今后的食品安全检测工作提供可靠的参考和借鉴。
On the basis of literature analysis of heavy metal,this article summarized the researches of extraction,separation and detection methods,focusing on the extractive technique of heavy metal,such as wet digestion method and dry ashing method,and it's detection method and its related technologies,such as spectroscopy,chromatography and spectrophotometer,including their advantage and disadvantage,so as to provide a reliable reference for further determination in foodstuff in the future.
