摘要
技术技能积累缓慢、效率低已经成为制约我国职业教育发展的瓶颈。在客户需求及技术发展快速更迭的当下,企业或职业院校各自为营的单通道型技术技能积累模式已尽显疲态,构建一个政企校协同的技术技能积累平台,实现政府、企业、职业院校的多方联动,优势互补,有利于加快我国经济转型和产业升级。本文以德国的技术技能积累模式为借鉴,结合国内现实情况,从顶层设计、多重激励、立法保障等多个维度出发立体设计政企校协同技术技能积累平台的构建,旨在充分调动各方有利资源,促进职业人才本身技术技能积累。
The accumulation of technology ＆ skill is slow and inefficient, which has become a bottleneck of the development of vocational education in China. Now with the rapid change of customer requirements and high speed development of technology, enterprises and vocational schools find it difficult to accumulatetechnology ＆ skill by themselves. Building a cooperative technology ＆ skill accumulation platform by government, enterprises and vocational schools can have complementary advantages, furthermore, it can be helpful to China＇s economic transformation and industrial upgrading. In this paper, the German accumulation model is studied, combined with the domestic situation, a technology ＆ skill accumulation platform is set up considering the top-level design, multiple incentives and legislative supports, in order to make full use of the resource of the participants and promote the technology ＆ skill accumulation finally.
