摘要
以某钢厂步进式加热炉为研究对象,设计与实现了板坯加热炉的两级温度控制系统。基础级控制系统采用西门子PCS7系统与Win CC组态软件进行软硬件设计,实现了燃烧过程的控制功能和远程监控。
Taking the reheating furnace of one steel corporation as the research object, one two-leve temperature control system for slab reheating furnace is designed and implemented. The basic level control system uses Siemens PCS7 system and WinCC for software and hardware configuration, and realizes the control and the remote monitoring of combustion process.
