总结了高炉煤气的特性及蓄热式加热炉的特点,分析了某钢铁公司高效蓄热式加热炉中高炉煤气的应用效果,指出了高效蓄热式加热炉在建造和运行过程中存在的问题,为低热值高炉煤气的有效利用和蓄热式加热炉的推广应用提供了经验。
The performance of blast furnace gas and the characteristics of regenerative furnace are summarized. The application effect of blast furnace gas in high-efficient regenerative furnace of a Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is analyzed. The problems existing in the construction and operation process of the furnace are pointed out, which provides the experience for the effective utilization of blast furnace gas with low calorific value, the popularization and application of the furnace.
