摘要
为了揭示氧含量对TC4钛合金力学性能的影响规律,通过熔炼生产三种不同氧含量的TC4钛合金铸锭,研究了氧含量对其锻制棒材力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着合金中氧含量的增加,合金相变点升高、室温强度与高温强度增加、塑性与冲击性能降低。
In order to reveal the influence of oxygen content to the mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy, TC4 titanium alloy ingot production in different oxygen content by melting, studied the effect of oxygen content on the mechanical properties of the forging bar. The result show that , When the oxygen content increases, phase transition point and strength increased, plasticity and ballistic work decreases.
