摘要
研究了盐酸浸出赤泥中杂质成分制备富钛渣的方法,考察了盐酸浓度、浸出温度、液固比和浸出时间对富钛渣中TiO_2品位的影响,通过ICP-AES和XRD检测手段分析了该酸浸过程的物相变化和作用机理。结果表明,在盐酸浓度30%、浸出温度80℃、液固比7∶1和浸出时间60min的条件下,富钛渣中TiO_2品位可达24%。随着盐酸浓度的提高,赤泥中方解石消失,赤铁矿、钙霞石和钙钛矿逐渐溶解,而板钛矿和石英基本没有溶解。
The preparation method of Ti-enriched slag was studied by hydrochloric acid leaching of impurities from red mud. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, leaching temperature, liquid-solid ratio and leaching time on titanium dioxide grade of Ti-enriched slag were investigated. Phase transformation and action mechanism of the acid leaching process were analyzed by ICP-AES and XRD. The results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 30%,leaching temperature of 80 ℃,liquidsolid ratio of 7 : 1 and leaching time of 60 min, the titanium dioxide grade of Ti-enriched slag can reach 24 %. With the increase of concentration of hydrochloric acid, calcite in the red mud disappears, the hema- tite,cancrinite and perovskite gradually dissolve, but the brookite and quartz haraly dissolved.
