摘要
目的探讨应用自制雪橇针腹腔镜下治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果及优势。方法回顾性分析我院应用自制雪橇针腹腔镜下治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝508例(A组),并选择同期传统手术治疗的患者102例(B组),比较两组平均手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间、治疗费用和并发症。结果 A组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间及住院时间均少于B组,并发症发生率和复发率也低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自制雪橇针腹腔镜下治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝是一种微创、安全、有效且操作简单的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and advantages of self-made sled needle in laparoscopic treatment of child inguinal hernia. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 508 children with inguinal hernia treated under laparoscopy with selfmade sled needle （group A） in our hospital. At the same time, 102 inguinal hernia children undergone traditional open treatment were used as control group （ group B）. The operative time, bleeding volume, hospital stay, and cost of hospitalization, postoperative complica- tions and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results In the group A, the operative time, bleeding time, hospital stay time, complications and recurrence rate were significantly shorter or lower than those in the B group （ all P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Using self-made sled needle in laparoscopic treatment of child inguinal hernia has the advantages of minimally invasive, simple, security and good effect. It＇s worthy of promotion to use.
