摘要
目的：彻底的清洗是灭菌合格的前提。对清洗过程中每个环节进行质量控制，达到理想的清洗效果。方法消毒供应中心去污区主要的工作流程包括回收、分类、预清洗、清洗、消毒、润滑和干燥。及时的回收和分类可以提高工作效率；有效的预处理可以降低清洗难度，提高清洗效果；有针对性的清洗方式和清洗剂能有效去除器械表面的血液及其他污物，降低表面的微生物残留；锈渍的细菌滋生的温床，除锈能有效的去除不锈钢器械表面的锈渍，防止锈渍的传染；润滑防锈主要针对不锈钢材质器械，水溶性润滑剂能在器械表面形成一层油膜，防止器械氧化，增加关节器械的灵活度；对于不同材质的器械选择最有效的消毒方法，耐湿热的器械优先选择湿热消毒，不耐湿热的器械使用75%的酒精消毒，能有效降低器械表面的生物负载，降低交叉感染率。结果对2014年1-6月，21000个器械包内的1600件器械进行抽查，器械光亮、洁净、无血渍、锈渍、污渍视为合格，否则视为不合格。共统计检测合格数1573，不合格数为27。结论器械的清洗效果直接影响了最终灭菌的结果，是消毒供应中心日常工作中最重要的环节之一；而通过科学的管理方法、规范化的流程操作和及时的保养处理，可有效保证器械清洗效果、延长器械使用寿命，从而提高工作效率，降低医院感染风险。
ObjectiveThorough cleaning is the prerequisite for qualified sterilization. The quality control methods in process of cleaning should be adapted to achieve the ideal cleaning effects.MethodsThe main work flow of decontamination area in CSSD includes retrieve,classification,pre-cleaning, cleaning,disinfection,lubrication and drying. The timely retrieve and classification can improve the work efficiency. The effective pretreatment can reduce the difficulty of cleaning and improve the cleaning effect. The targeted cleaning method and cleaning agent can effectively remove the surface of the instrument blood and other dirt,which also reduce the surface microbial residues. Rust stained on Stainless steel equipments surface is the breeding ground of bacterias which should be effectively removed by derusting process to avoid infections. Lubrication is mainly used for stainless steel equipment. The water soluble lubricant can form a layer of oil film on the device surface which prevents equipment from oxidation,increasing the flexibility of joint devices. For devices of different materials,we choose the most effective method of disinfection. The medical devices which can resist hot and humid prefer to moist heat disinfection and those can not resist hot and humid devices can be handled with 75% alcohol disinfection which can effectively reduce the device surface biological and cut down the risk of cross infection.ResultsFrom January 2014 to June 2014,1 600 checks within 21 000 package equipment apparatus,instrument light,clean,no stains,blood stains,rust stains as qualified,otherwise regarded as unqualified. A total of statistical test 1573,the number of non qualified for 27.Conclusion The cleaning effect of the equipment directly affects the final result of sterilization, disinfection and supply center is one of the most important link in the daily work,and through scientific management methods,standardized procedures and timely maintenance,can effectively ensure the equipment cleaning effect,extend equipment life,improv
