摘要
目的调查贵州省医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒及灭菌效果监测,促进贵州省医疗机构有效实施医院消毒供应中心行业标准。方法按照卫生部医院消毒供应中心卫生行业标准,调查贵州省120所医院消毒供应中心的执行情况。结果对71所医院对待灭菌包清洗质量进行检查,89所医院对消毒后物品细菌学监测;92所医院具有预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器,55所医院每日做B-D试验,77所医院每锅物理监测,84所医院每包化学监测,1所医院每日生物监测,33所医院每周生物监测,对消毒后物品细菌学监测、监测频次等未达到行业标准要求。结论贵州省各医疗机构对清洗消毒及灭菌物品的监测力度不够,存在医疗安全隐患,应规范培训,加强管理。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization effects in Guizhou province, in order to promote practicing vocation standard of CSSD in Guizhou province. METHODS According to MOH vocation standard of CSSD, we carried out an investigation to CSSD in Guizhou province. RESULTS A total of 120 hospitals ,there were 71 hospitals to inspect the quality of package which is not sterilized, 89 hospitals carried out bacteriology monitoring to degermed item; 92 hospitals had beforehand vacuum pressuresteam sterilizations; 55 hospitals made BD test daily, 77 hospitals made physics monitoring per kettle, 84 hospitals made chemical monitoring every pack, 1 hospital did daily chemical monitoring, 33 hospitals did chemical monitoring weekly. CONCLUSION It is inadequate monitoring to cleaning degerming and sterilization items in Guizhou, it must set up standardized training and strengthen the management.
