摘要
利用我国2008—2013年31个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,通过单位根检验和Hausman检验确定回归模型的影响形式,同时利用F检验判定需要拟合的回归模型形式,建立变截距固定效应模型,以分析高科技产业的研发行为对产业绩效的影响。研究结果表明:研发经费的投入能够有效提升产业绩效,然而研发人员数量的投入却削弱了产业绩效,目前我国高技术产业的研发投入显现出非均衡状态。最后,基于估计结果,有针对性地提出相关政策建议。
Panel data of 31 provinces from 2008 to 2013 are tested as unit root, and effect forms of regression model are set through Hausman Test. F - test is used to judge the demanding matching model forms, and variable - intercept models are established re, analyze the influence of research and development behavior of high technology industry on industry perform- ance. The research shows that input of research and development expenditure promotes the industry perormance; the num- ber of research and development staff can reduce the iudustry performance; national research and development input of high technology industry is still unbalanced. Finally some policies and suggestions are proposed.
