摘要
目的 了解医院护理管理者人文关怀培训的现状和需求,为规范、合理地开展人文关怀培训提供科学依据.方法 采用最优分配分层随机抽样,选取湖北省14家医院453名护理管理者为研究对象,采用自制问卷就有关人文关怀的培训进行调查.结果 96.9%的护理管理者需要人文关怀培训;37.7%的护理管理者尚未接受过人文关怀培训;护理管理者接受的人文关怀培训最少的3个方面是:人文关怀研究成果的运用,叙事医学与人文关怀,护理人文关怀考核策略.在培训需求项目中,护理管理者最迫切需要接受培训的3个方面分别为:关怀护士及自我关怀,关怀型组织的建立与关怀氛围营造,人文关怀培训策略.护理管理者对调查问卷中所罗列的19项护理人文关怀培训内容的需求率均达到了45.0%以上.结论 现阶段医院护理管理者接受的人文关怀培训尚未满足其需求,各级各类医疗卫生机构应当加强对护理管理者的人文关怀培训,并根据其需求对人文关怀培训进行调整.
Objective To investigate the caring training state and expectation of nursing manager,and establish a basis to design a scientific,feasible caring science training content for nurse manager.Methods A disproportionate sampling was employed to investigated 453 nursing manager in 14 hospital by a self-designed questionnaire methods 453 nursing manager in 14 hospital were investigated by a selfdesigned questionnaire.Results 96.9% nursing manager need caring training,37.7% nursing manager haven't been trained in caring field,the least area that our nursing manager in training is translating caring research findings into clinical,narrative medicine in caring field (21.6%),assessing and measuring caring in nursing(23.2%).And the content which our nursing manager be in great need is strategies for self-care and peer group support (78.8%),building a caring organization and creating a caring atmosphere(73.7%),teaching approaches in caring(73.1%).The requirement rate of all the contents reach above 45.0% and all the caring training state lower than caring training expectation.Conclusions The current caring training haven' t met the need of nursing manager,It is urgent to constructing a standardized formal humanistic care training for nursing manager.
