摘要 目的了解患者对珠海市医院在实施人文关怀方面满意程度,为珠海市医院提高服务质量提供参考意见。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对珠海市三所三级甲等医院、两所二级甲等医院及六所社区医院的住院患者或家属进行无记名现场调查。结果患者对珠海市医护人员医德医风方面满意度最高(87.00%),而服务流程(76.11%)和医院环境设施(79.20%)方面满意度较低。结论珠海市医院在实施人文关怀方面总体满意度较高,但仍存在很多不足需改进。 Objective To understand the patients' satisfaction of humanistic care in hospitals of Zhuhai City and to give them suggestions to improve their quality of services. Methods Inpatients and their family members were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire in three upper first-class hospitals,two upper second-class hospitals and six community hospitals in Zhuhai city. Results Patients' satisfaction on medical ethics is higher(87.00%),while on service process(76.11%) and hospital environment and facilities(79.20%) are a little lower. Conclusion The patients' satisfaction on the implementation of the humanistic care in hospitals of Zhuhai City is high,but there are still many deficiencies need to improve.
