摘要
目的探讨微信健康教育在葡萄胎清宫术后患者出院随访中的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月至2015年3月我院收治的80例行葡萄胎清宫术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者出院后均在专科护士指导下实施健康教育6个月,其中观察组采用微信随访,对照组采用传统电话随访。比较两组患者按时回院复查依从性、焦虑、抑郁程度、护理满意度。结果出院后1个月及6个月后,观察组患者的回院复查依从性、护理满意度均明显高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通过微信健康教育,可有效提高患者回院复查依从性,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,还能够营造良好的护患关系。
Objective To explore We Chat health education in hydatidiform mole after curettage application value in the follow-up of patients discharged from hospital.Methods Selected in January 2013 to 2015 years 3 months in our hospital from 80 cases of hydatidiform mole patients with uterine curettage as the research object,according to the random number table method can be divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were discharged from the hospital after the implementation of health education for 6 months,the observation group was followed up by We Chat,the control group using the traditional telephone follow-up. Comparison of two groups of patients on time to review compliance,anxiety,depression,nursing satisfaction.Results After being discharged from the hospital after 1 month and 6 months were observed group of patients back to the hospital to review compliance,nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Through the We Chat health education,can effectively improve the patient to review compliance, ease of anxiety,depression,to create a good relationship between nurses and patients.
