摘要
儿童津贴制度是儿童福利制度的重要组成部分。立足于适度普惠型福利模式,构建我国儿童津贴制度意义重大。在我国儿童津贴制度尚待完善的背景下,应借鉴国外相关制度的经验,适度拓宽我国儿童津贴制度受益主体年龄,增加适用情形,探索新的受益形式等,以期为儿童健康成长提供温馨的制度保障。
Child benefits system is an important part of the child welfare system. It is significant for us to create child benefits systerm under modest inclusive welfare model. In the context of the improvement of child benefits system,we should learn from the experience of foreign- related systems,broaden the main beneficiaries age and exclusions of child benefits system,increase the form of benefits to provide a solid institutional guarantee for the healthy growth of children.
