摘要
目前,中国经济社会发展正处在重要战略转型期。经济发展速度放缓,增长方式转变,产业结构调整,增长动力转换,使中国经济进入到了一个"新常态"。经济"新常态"的到来,使中国经济的发展面临着重大的战略选择,认识、适应和引领新常态是今后一个时期中国经济发展的大逻辑。而生态文明建设作为"五位一体"战略格局的重要组成部分,也同样需要适应"新常态",抓住"新常态"的大好机遇。经济"新常态"为生态文明建设提供了新的有利契机,因为经济发展速度的放缓,增长方式的转变,产业结构的调整,发展动力的转换,给生态文明建设提供了广阔的发展空间和顺畅的建设路径。
China's economic and social development is in an important period of strategic transformation at present. Economic grow th slow dow n,grow th pattern transformation,industrial structure adjustment,and grow th momentum conversion suggest that the Chinese economy has entered a period of 'new normal'. The advent of economic'new normal'poses strategic choice to Chinese economy; recognizing,adapting to,and leading the 'new normal'are vital to China's economic development in the coming years. As an important component of the strategic pattern that promotes economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological progress,the construction of ecological civilization also needs to adapt to the 'new normal',and to seize the golden opportunities under 'new normal'. Economic 'new normal'provides a new opportunity for the construction of ecological civilization in the sense that the slow ing pace of economic development,the transformation of grow th pattern,the adjustment of industrial structure,and the changes in driving forces for development provide broad development space and smooth path for the ecological civilization construction.
