摘要
目的探讨足月新生儿脐带血血清抵抗素水平与其生长发育和出生体重的关系。方法选取2013年11月至2015年12月于河北医科大学第一医院妇产科娩出的200例足月新生儿为研究对象,按体重将其分为小于胎龄儿(small for gestational age infant,SGA)组、适于胎龄儿(appropriate for gestational age infant,AGA)组及大于胎龄儿(large for gestational age,LGA)组。测量三组新生儿脐带血血清抵抗素水平、身长、头围、体重,并分析上述指标之间的相关性。结果 SGA组新生儿体重和头围均小于AGA组和LGA组(P<0.05),AGA组新生儿体重和头围均小于LGA组(P<0.05),但三组新生儿身长比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。SGA组新生儿血清抵抗素水平均低于AGA组和LGA组(P<0.05),AGA组新生儿血清抵抗素水平低于LGA组(P<0.05)。正常足月新生儿血清抵抗素水平与其体重、头围均呈正相关(r=0.47、0.34,P<0.05),与身长无相关性(r=0.37,P>0.05)。结论正常足月新生儿血清抵抗素水平与体重、头围均呈正相关,但与身长无相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between the level of serum resistin and fetal growth and birth weight in full-term newborns. Method From November 2013 to December 2015, 200 cases of fullterm newborns in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected as the investigated subjects, according to the body weight, they were divided into small for gestational age infant（SGA） group, appropriate for gestational age infant（AGA） group, and large for gestational age（LGA） group. The level of serum resistin of umbilical cord blood, body length, head circumference, body weight of the three groups were measured, and the correlation between the above indexes were analyzed. Result The body weight and head circumference of SGA group were lower than AGA group and LGA group（P〈0.05）, the body weight and head circumference of AGA group was lower than LGA group（P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference among the three groups in body length（P〉0.05）. The level of serum resistin in SGA group was lower than AGA group and LGA group（P〈0.05）, the level of serum resistin in AGA group was lower than LGA group（P〈0.05）. Level of resistin in normal term newborns was positively correlated with body weight（r = 0.47, P〈0.05） and circumference（r = 0.34, P〈0.05）, and no correlation with body length（r = 0.37, P〉0.05）. Conclusion The level of resistin in normal full-term newborn is positively correlated with body weight, head circumference, but has no correlation with body length.
