X80钢管腐蚀失效模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 在西气东输工程中,采用了大口径高等级的钢管,其特点是管道强度和韧性较高,使用以往的标准来评价含腐蚀缺陷的输气管道结果比较保守。运用ANSYS软件,对不同腐蚀长度和不同腐蚀深度的X80管道进行一系列的非线性有限元分析,得到不同条件下的管道失效压力,最后将失效压力进行曲线拟合得到适用于西气东输管道的失效模型,与现有的规范做对比表明:拟合算式适用于西气东输所使用的X80钢管,该研究为管道的后期维护提供了依据。 In the west-east gas transmission project,the large-diameter and high-grade steel pipe is adopted,which is characterized by high strength and toughness. Based on the former standards,the results of the evaluation for the corroded gas pipeline is conservative. Using ANSYS software,a series of nonlinear finite element analysis were carried out on different corrosion length and corrosion depth. The failure pressure of pipeline under different conditions was obtained.Finally,the failure model was built by curve-fitting of failure pressure,and compared with the existing standards. The results showed that the fitting formula was more suitable for X80 steel pipe,and the studies could provide a basis for the later maintenance of the pipeline.
