摘要
目的 :优化就诊流程,规范诊疗行为,提高急诊抢救成功率和患者满意度。方法 :该平台由家庭部分、救护车部分、社区部分和医院急诊科组成,并以深圳市宝安区人民医院及其所辖的10个社区康复中心作为研究基地,利用移动4G、物联网、云计算、大数据分析等新技术,对急危重患者的救治进行研究与探索。结果 :通过该平台的建设,将家庭与社区急救、院前急救、院内急诊与危重症监护有机地结合在一起,提高了基层医疗机构的医疗水平,大幅提升了抢救成功率。结论:该平台的建设改变了传统急救服务模式,加强了医疗服务体系间的联系与合作,提高了急救水平,降低了院前猝死率,缓解了医疗卫生资源的缺乏和分布不均,有利于构建完善合理的分级诊疗模式。
Objective To optimize treatment flow and standardize medical service in order to enhance emergency treatment and patient satisfaction. Methods The platform was composed of four components at home, ambulance, community and emergency department. Research bases were established in People's Hospital of Baoan and its subordinated ten community medical stations, and new technologies of mobile 4G, IOT, cloud computation, mass data analysis and etc were used in the studies of critical patient treatment. Results The platform integrated first aids at home and community, pre-hospital emergency treatment, hospital emergency treatment and critical treatment, so that the medical service by basic medical facility could be enhanced significantly. Conclusion The platform changes the emergency service of the traditional mode, strengthens the communication and cooperation of medical service systems, improves the level of emergency care, reduces the sudden death rate of pre-hospital, alleviates the uneven distribution of medical and health resource, and help construct a classified diagnosis and treatment mode.
