摘要
医生职业精神在现代医疗中具有重要的地位和作用.患者对医生职业精神的认可是衡量医生职业精神的重要指标,医生和医学生对职业精神的认知具有强烈的时代特征.医疗管理和医学教育部门,应当及时了解患者和医生对职业精神的需求,帮助其有效沟通,建立符合时代特点的医生职业精神培养体系.
The medical professionalism is importantin modem medical.Patient＇ recognition of medical professionalism is an important indicator to evaluate medical professional conduct,and the doctors and medical students＇ own perception is in line with the feature of the times.It is suggested that the health authority and medical education departments should learn the needs of the patients and doctors on professionalism,help promote the effective communication and build a medical professionalism training system in line with the features of the current society.
