摘要
板形和表面质量是影响热轧薄带钢最终成品质量的两大关键因素。针对首钢迁钢2160mm和1580mm两套热轧平整机在生产薄规格集装箱板和酸洗板板形质量和表面质量的差异,通过建立四辊平整机的有限元模型,结合现场实际工况,对比研究了工作辊弯辊功效、凸度调节范围和辊间接触压力分布,通过投入使用VCR支撑辊和高次负凸度工作辊的辊型配置,有效满足了薄带钢平整对于板形和表面质量的高要求。
Flatness and surface quality are the two key influence factors on the hot-rolled thin gauge strip quality. In view of the problems of flatness control and surface quality of thin gauge handling container plate and pickled sheet tempered in 2 160 mm and 1 580 mm temper mills of Shougang Qianan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. Based on the FEM model of 4-h temper mill, some studies had been done about the bending efficiency,the crown adjusting range and the contact pressure distribution between roll. With the using of vary-contact backup roll and negative-crown work roll, the strip flatness and surface quality were improved effectively in hot rolling temper process.
