摘要
针对影响热轧带钢板形质量的浪形缺陷,深入地分析了其形成机理,依据板形控制基本原理分析研究了平整工艺参数中轧制力、开卷张力、卷取张力、轧制速度、弯辊力对板形的影响,制定了符合生产实际的不同钢种、规格带钢的平整工艺规程,对带钢的平直度进行了有效控制,提高了平整成品卷的板形质量。
Aiming at the wave defect which affects the shape quality of hot rolling strip,the author deeply analyzes the formation mechanism,analyzes and studies the influence on strip shape by rolling force,decoiling tension,coiling tension,rolling speed and bending force in leveling parameters basing on basic strip shape control principle,establishes leveling process procedure for strips of different steel grades and specification in compliance with actual production,effectively controls the strip straightness and improves the shape quality of the final product of leveled coil.
