摘要
医院后勤是为医疗、教学、科研、预防等项工作提供服务、保障、管理的系统,是医院整体结构中不可缺少的重要组成部分,后勤管理的制度化、规范化管理是提升后勤管理水平的有效手段。十二五期间,我院后勤部门积极开展长效机制建设,建立一套工作制度化,流程标准化的方案并监督实施,在十二五末期收获诸多成绩。本文以近年来我院改革的实际问题与案例,来阐明长效机制体系下标准化、制度化为医院后勤带来的诸多影响。
Logistics department is providing services, security and management for medical, teaching, scientific research and prevention to the hospital. It is an important and indispensable part of logistics management in overall structure of the hospital. It is an effective means to enhance the level of logistics management to achieve institutionalized and standardized management. During the "Twelfth five-year" period, our logistic department carried out the long-term mechanism construction actively and set up a working plan about institutionalized working and normalized processing and also supervised the implement, and got many achievements during the "twelfth five-year" period. The novels claimed the effects that the institutionalized working and normalized processing under the long-term mechanism system brought to the hospital based on the actual problems and cases of hospital innovation in recent years.
