摘要
基于Abaqus的二次开发语言Python编写了一套等效柴油机主轴承孔镗孔工艺的迭代程序,运用有限元技术对螺栓预紧工况下的某型柴油机主轴承孔和轴瓦的变形进行了研究,并采用圆跳动和径向全跳动对主轴承孔的变形量进行评判。研究结果表明:此迭代算法对柴油机主轴承孔的镗孔工艺等效效果较好;螺栓预紧力对主轴承孔的轴向变形影响较小,在仿真分析时可认为其在轴向是均匀变形的;在相同的过盈量和螺栓预紧力下,主轴瓦的圆跳动比不考虑镗孔工艺时降低了90%以上。
A set of equivalent iteration procedure of diesel engine main bearing bore boring process was investigated, based on the secondary development of Abaqus language Python. Bolt tightening conditions were studied using the finite element method under a certain type of main bearing bore and bush deformation of diesel engine. The circular runout and total radial runout have been used to evaluate the deformation of main bearing bore. The results show that the iterative algorithm has a good equivalent effect; the bolt preload has little influence on the axial deformation of the main bearing bore and in the simulation analysis it can be considered to be uniform in the axial deformation. By the same amount of interference and bolt preloading, the main bearing circular runout reduced by more than 90% without considering the boring process.
