摘要 针对机车柴油机缸体曲轴孔的直径、圆度等几何误差检测问题,采用半径测量法和计算机辅助测试技术,从硬件设计、软件开发和机械结构设计等方面,开发设计了一种高精度、高效率、抗干扰性强的圆度自动检测系统。该检测系统具有测量过程可任意增加测量截面和各截面的测量点数、测量结果能实现数字化及图形化显示等优点。该检测系统对提高孔类零件的检测效率和质量具有一定的理论价值和实用意义。 Aimed at the geometrical error measurement for diameter and roundness of engine crankshaft hole, adopting radius measuring method and computer aided testing technology, a new roundness automatic measuring system was proposed, which included the hardware and software design on computer control system, and mechanical structure of measurement system. The precision and efficiency of new measurement system are high, and anti- disturbing property is better. Moreover, the characteristics of new measurement system are that the measuring section and measuring point of crankshaft hole can be regulated at will in measuring process, and the measuring results can display with numeral and graphics format. The hole roundness measurement system has important theoretical and practical significance for improving hole measurement efficiency and quality.
