摘要
在对磨粒磨损进行了系统的理论和试验研究基础之上,本文以机车柴油机为例,阐述了三体磨粒磨损的普遍性及预防的重要性,对其运动副润滑特点和磨粒污染源进行了分析,指出了“磨粒效应”的微观机理及由此引起的常见故障。依据大量的试验结果,获得了磨粒性质对磨损的影响规律,据此提出了几条降低柴油机磨粒磨损的可行途径。
Based on the systematical study on abrasive wear of trammer diesel, this paper describes the universality of abrasive wear and importance to prevent it. The paper analyzes the lubrication features and abrasive sources of diesel. Micro-mechanism of abrasive effect and failures produced by Abrasive wear are pointed out.Some relations betweeen abrasive properties and wear are achieved. Measures decreasing abrasive wear of trammer diesel are put forward.
