摘要
扁桃资源丰富、营养价值高,研究和利用扁桃对化工、建材、石油、医药、农业、食品等领域有着重要的意义。通过综述扁桃的种类和分布、我国扁桃产业的发展现状,以及扁桃中植物多酚类物质活性的研究进展,为扁桃资源的研究及开发利用提供参考依据。
The research and use of almond is of great importance in the fields of chemical industry, building materials, oil, medicine, agriculture, food, etc. for its rich resources and high nutritional value. The kinds and distribution, and the developing situation of the industry and the activity of plant polyphenols of almond are summarized to provide a reference for the research, development and utilization of almond resources.
