摘要
甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)是各种原因引起的甲状腺激素分泌不足所致的一种内分泌疾病。笔者跟随导师多年,其在治疗甲状腺功能减退症方面形成了自己的经验。本文介绍了甲减病因病机、证型诊治。"瘀胀"是甲减变症之一,是指全身发胀且肿,晨起颜面及手最为明显,并强调"瘀胀汤"治疗甲状腺功能减退症患者疗效显著,为临床提供更为广阔的治疗思路。
Hypothyroidism is caused by various reasons due to insufficiency of thyroid hormone secretion of an endocrine disease.The author followed mentor for many years, and formed their own experience in the treatment of hypothyroidism. This paper intro-duced the etiology and pathogenesis of hypothyroidism, the diagnosis and treatment. ＂Stasis bulge＂ is one of the hypothyroidism syn-dromes, which is refers to the whole body swell and swollen, the face and hands are the most obvious since morning, and to empha-size ＂Yuzhang decoction＂ in the treatment of hypothyroidism has obvious therapeutic effect. It provides wider clinical treatment way.
