摘要
目的:探讨康莱特联合化疗对乳腺癌患者骨髓抑制、免疫功能及肿瘤标记物水平的影响。方法:将90例于我院进行诊疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用CAF化疗进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用康莱特注射液200mL/d,连用2周,两组均化疗6周期。检测两组患者治疗前、后骨髓抑制、免疫功能及及肿瘤标记物水平情况并比较。结果:治疗后,两组患者均出现骨髓抑制,血红蛋白、白细胞及血小板计数与治疗前相比均显著降低(P<0.05),但观察组白细胞、血红蛋白下降幅度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察免疫功能指标CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8^+水平明显降低(P<0.05),对照组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平无明显变化(P>0.05),且观察组CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平均显著高于对照组CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者肿瘤标记物CEA及CA15-3水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组CEA及CA15-3水平下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康莱特联合化疗治疗乳腺癌效果显著,可以减轻化疗引起的骨髓抑制,改善免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物在患者体内的浓度。
[ABSTRACT]Objective：To investigate the effect of Kanglaite combined with chemotherapy on myelosuppression,immune function and tumor markers levels in patients with breast cancer.Methods：A total of 90 breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （45 cases）and observation group （45 cases）.The two groups received CAF chemo-therapy,and the observation group was additionally given Kanglaite injection （200 mL/d）for 2 weeks continuously.Both groups had chemotherapy for 6 courses.The effect on myelosuppression,immune function and tumor markers levels was detec-ted and compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results：After treatment,myelosuppression was found in both groups,and the levels of leukocyte,hemoglobin and platelet decreased significantly compared with before treatment （P 〈0.05）.But the decline of leukocyte,hemoglobin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）;After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes （CD3 ＋ ,CD4 ＋ ,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ ）were increased significantly than thosenbsp;before treatment in the observation group （P 〈0.05）,while the level of immune function （CD8＋）were decreased significantly （P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on immune function indexes （CD3 ＋ ,CD4 ＋ ,CD8 ＋ ,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ ）in the con-trol group （P 〉0.05）,and the levels of immune function indexes （CD3 ＋ ,CD4 ＋ ,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ ）of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of two tumor markers （CEA,CA1 5-3）decreased significantly than before treatment in both groups （P 〈0.05）,and the decrease amplitude in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions：Kanglaite combined with chemotherapy has evident thera-peutic effect on breast cancer.It can alleviate the myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy,improve immune function,and reduce t
