摘要 目的检测原发性双侧乳腺癌左右两侧病理石蜡切片中CEA和PTEN表达和表达强度差异,揭示其发生是单克隆还是独立克隆性。对比分析双侧病灶之间以及与单侧同病理类型之间蛋白表达差异。方法 9例原发性双侧乳腺癌左右组织标本共18个,对应单侧乳腺癌患者乳腺组织标本10个。免疫组织化学法检测CEA和PTEN表达情况。结果双侧乳腺癌第一癌与第二癌和单侧乳腺癌中CEA表达率分别为66.6%,55.5%,60%、PTEN在第一癌、第二癌、单侧乳腺癌中表达率分别为33.3%,44.4%,50%、表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),双侧乳腺癌CEA中同为阳性为5例,同为阴性为3例,PTEN中同为阳性为3例,同为阴性为5例。结论双侧乳腺癌首发癌和单侧乳腺癌中CEA、PTEN蛋白的表达均无统计学差异。双侧乳腺癌第一癌与第二癌中CEA、PTEN蛋白的表达差异无统计学差异,提示双侧乳腺癌第一癌和第二癌为单克隆性。 Objective To detect the left and right sides of primary bilateral breast cancer pathology paraffin sec‐tions of CEA expression and PTEN expression and intensity differences ,revealing its occurrence is independent clonal or monoclonal .Comparative analysis between the protein and the bilateral and unilateral lesions with patho‐logic type differential expression .Method Nine patients with primary bilateral breast tissue around a total of 18 ,cor‐responding with unilateral breast tissue of breast cancer patients 10 .Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CEA and PTEN .Result The first bilateral breast cancer with unilateral breast cancer and the second of CEA expression rates were 66 .6% ,55 .5% ,60% ,PTEN in the first cancer ,second cancers ,the expression of uni‐lateral breast cancer was 33 .3% ,44 .4% ,50% ,respectively .And there were no statistical significantly differences in CEA and PTEN expression (P〉 0 .05) .With bilateral breast cancer were positive for CEA in five cases ,the same as negative for the three cases ,PTEN positive for the same three cases ,the same as negative for the five ca‐ses .Conclusion The results is that the bilateral breast cancer which the first and second cancer are the monoclonal .
