摘要
目的:探究MFG-E8与老年CHD患者MIRI的相关性,为将来CHD患者进行缺血再灌注治疗提供帮助。方法:选取我院收治的94例CHD患者作为观察组,并进行再灌注手术;选因胸部不适且冠脉未见明显狭窄的患者作对照组;检测手术前和手术后24、48h各组MFG-E8及下游因子MCP-1、TGF-β1,炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、ICAM-1的变化,分析MFG-E8与各项指标及MIRI的相关性。结果:观察组各时间点MFG-E8均显著低于相应时间点的对照组(P<0.05);术后24、48h MFG-E8较术前均显著升高(P<0.05),且术后48h高于24h;对照组各时间点MFG-E8变化差异不明显(P>0.05)。对照组各时间点炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、ICAM-1变化差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组各时间点炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、ICAM-1均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);炎症因子术后含量显著高于术前(P<0.05),但hs-CRP在术后48h显著低于24h,IL-6、ICAM-1随时间的延长而增加;炎症因子与MFG-E8程度成负相关。观察组不同时间点血清TNF-β、MCP-1均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后TNF-β、MCP-1显著高于术前,且TNF-β、MCP-1在48h显著高于24h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNF-β、MCP-1与MFG-E8成正相关。结论:炎症反应在老年MIRI中起着重要作用,MFG-E8对炎症起防御作用,有助于减轻MIRI,为将来进行心肌缺血再灌注治疗提供帮助。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To explore the correlation between MFG-E8 and CHD in elderly patients with MIRI,and to pro-vide help for CHD patients with ischemic reperfusion therapy in the future.Methods:A total of 94 CHD patients in our hospital were selected as the observation group and treated with reperfusion operation.The patients with chest discomfort and no signif-icant stenosis of coronary artery were selected as control group.Before and after operation,the changes of MFG-E8 and the downstream factor MCP-1,TGF-β1,inflammatory factors hs-CRP,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in each group were detected in 24h andnbsp;48h after operation,Analysing the correlation between MFG-E8 with various indexes and MIRI.Results:MFG-E8 at each time point of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05 ),and were significantly in-creased as comparison of the preoperative(P 〈0.05 ),and the level of MFG-E8 in postoperative 48h was higher than that at 24h;in the control group,the change of MFG-E8 and inflammatory factors hs-CRP,IL-6,ICAM-1 at different time points was not obvious (P 〉0.05);the level of inflammatory factors hs-CRP,IL-6,ICAM-1 at each time points of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,P value of each group was less than 0.05;the levels of inflam-matory factors were significantly higher than those preoperative(P 〈0.05),the level of hs-CRP at 48h was significantly lower than that at 24h,IL-6 and ICAM-1 were increased over time;the level of inflammatory factors were negatively correlated with MFG-E8.In the observation group,the serum TNF-β,MCP-1 and at different time points were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05).TNF-β and MCP-1 were significantly higher than that before operation,and the TNF-β and MCP-1 in 48h were significantly higher than those in 24h,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05);TNF-β and MCP-1 were positively correlated with MFG-E8.Conclusion:Inflamma
