脱油沥青进焦化装置的重油加工工艺探讨 被引量:5

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司在实施"闪蒸加工塔河油,主流程加工轻质油"的低负荷加工方案时发现,影响正常生产的瓶颈之一是脱油沥青出路问题。探讨了优化脱油沥青加工模式,分析了焦化装置掺炼脱油沥青的可行性,并提出了改进建议。在脱油沥青后路不畅的情况下,焦化装置按10 t/h掺炼脱油沥青和轻油浆是可行的。控制掺炼比小于10%,对焦化液体收率以及生产影响较小,并可平衡全厂物料。轻油浆与脱油沥青混合进焦化装置,一方面增加芳烃和胶质含量,降低沥青质含量,改善原料热稳定性,减缓加热炉结焦;另一方面,可以降低脱油沥青的黏度,避免管线堵塞。 In its practice of "processing Tahe crude by flashing distillation and light crude by main process" at the lower capacity,SINOPEC Luoyang Company has found that one of the bottlenecks affecting the normal operation is the outlet of de-oiled asphalt.The optimization of de-oiled asphalt processing process is studied,the feasibility of blending the de-oiled asphalt into the feedstock of delayed coking unit is analyzed,and improvement recommendations are proposed.When there is no outlet for the de-oiled asphalt,it is feasible to blend the de-oiled asphalt into the light slurry in the delayed coker at a capacity of 10 t/h.The blending ratio should be controlled at lower than 10%,which will have little impact on the liquid yield and the operation of delayed coker and is favorable for plant-wide material balance.When the blended de-oiled asphalt and light slurry are sent to delayed coker,it will not only increase the aromatics and gum,reduce the asphaltene,improve the thermal stability of feedstock and mitigate the coking in fired heater but also reduce the viscosity of de-oiled asphalt and avoid the pipeline plugging.
