延迟焦化装置超低负荷生产运行分析 被引量:8

摘要 由于国际原油价格变化,使延迟焦化装置原料大幅减少,目前洛阳石化延迟焦化装置加工负荷降低到设计负荷的50%,装置在超低负荷下运行,此种生产模式在国内尚属首次。根据焦化装置低负荷生产实践,确定了加热炉分支流量控制下限为39t/h;实现单炉室生产后,装置最低处理量为85t/h,循环比为0.2,备用炉室通入3.5MPa蒸汽,维持炉出口温度(500±5)℃,保证足够的线速和温度,防止炉出口交叉处管线结焦,对备用炉采用闷炉措施可降低燃料气消耗1.5kg/t原料。为进一步优化低负荷运行工况,焦化装置通过流程改造,用净化干气代替备用炉室3.5MPa蒸汽,可降低3.5MPa蒸汽消耗6t/h,炉管通入的干气和炼厂轻烃的回炼弥补了气压机入口富气流量,有效改善了气压机运行工况。下一步,焦化装置期望通过技术改造,实现低负荷下用加热炉备用炉室代替常压炉,用分馏塔底作为闪蒸塔,进一步降低原油闪蒸过程的操作费用。 The change in international crude oil prices has resulted in a dramatic drop in the supply of feedstock for delayed coking units.Sinopec Luoyang Company ′ s delayed coking unit is currently working at only 50% of its designed capacity.Such ultralow load operation of a delayed coking unit has actually never been seen in China before.Based on low-load operation practice of coking units,technicians set the lowest flow rate for branches of a heating furnace at 39t/h.After single-furnace chamber production was achieved,the minimum processing volume of the unit reached 85t/h and the recirculating ratio was 0.2.3.5MPa steam was injected into the standby furnace chamber to maintain the temperature at the outlet of the furnace(500 ±5℃) to ensure high enough linear speed and temperature and prevent coke deposition in the pipeline at the juncture at the outlet of the furnace.Cold stoking of the standby furnace can reduce fuel gas consumption by1.5kg per ton of feedstock.In order to further optimize low-load operating conditions,in a process revamp for the coking unit,technicians substituted purified dry gas for 3.5MPa steam for the standby furnace chamber.This measure could reduce 3.5MPa steam consumption by 6t/h.The dry gas injected through furnace tubes and recovered refinery light hydrocarbon increased the rich gas flow at the inlet of the air compressor,effectively improving the operating conditions for the air compressor.In a subsequent technical upgrade,these technicians hope to substitute the standby chamber of the heating furnace for the atmospheric furnace and use the bottom of the fractionating column as a flash column to further reduce the operating cost of crude oil flash distillation.
