摘要
目的通过对未来战争信息化、多元化及发展方向的分析,探索兵种院校现代卫勤保障能力及保障模式的新举措、新机制,提出了现代卫勤须从提高战伤处置能力、训练伤病防治能力、军事应激环境适应能力以及军地卫勤联合能力几个方面重点加强建设。学院紧跟现代后勤建设步伐,转变卫勤人员服务理念,不断改善卫勤保障模式和方法,提升卫勤人员基本素质和技能,提高卫勤综合保障能力。
Objective To explore new measures and mechanisms of modern medical services in schools affiliated to special branches of the armed forces in China by analyzing informatization, pluralization and developments associated with future wars. Modem medical services should be based on the ability to deal with war injuries, to prevent and treat training-caused illnesses, to adapt to the environment and to integrate medical services. Schools affiliated to special branches of the armed forces should keep pace with modern medical services, change the staff＇s ideas about medical services, and improve the mode and methods of medical services to ensure medical service capability.
