摘要
水利工程建设是关系到我国国计民生的重要建设项目,随着我国经济形式的变革、体制改革及建设环境的变化,水利工程建设的管理模式也应随之改变。针对当前水利工程建设中存在的问题以及不足,结合笔者切身工作经验及工程建设经历提出可行性建议。
The construction of water conservancy projects is very important to our country nationhood. The management mode of waterworks construction changes accordingly along with changes inconstruction environment and structural reform. The paper descrilDes the feasilDle recommendations based on the current existing prob-lems and deficiencies in the construction of water conservancy projects and the authors own practical experience.
